Hi. Whatever program is selected when start is pressed the drum turns momentarily then the machine starts to take in water. The drum during filling does another couple of moment spins then the machine pumps out and the end light flashes. The whole start to end cycle takes only 3 or 4 minutes. I have tried holding the start button in for 3 seconds to reset factory setting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
