Got one of these with an e11 code. It’s a DRL/AO supplied one (in case they had a dodgy batch)

Checked main Module, nothing blown. Checked motor – Wiring looks ok to it and going into motor too plus continuity between coils brushes etc. There are signs of wear to a couple of edges of armature segments and a neat burnished heat spot across 2 segments where there’s been some kind of arcing.

On diagnostic you can hear relay click in for spin. But no motor movement, or pump for draining occuring.

On normal spin progress there’s pumping but not relay clicking.

Customer not sure if machine was on when. Consumer unit tripped the overload ( not RCD) but machine hasnt worked since.

Does this sound like could get away with just DC board or will it need motor too?

How flexible are Beko this is 18 mths old and customer feels product isn’t satisfactory quality if it needs new motor after 18 mths

Had one of these where a soldered joint/ track had blown on the dc board. Resoldered and machine was good to go. That was a few months ago, have not been recalled 🙂
