Hi guys this baby is not working , nothing on dispaly , i replaced the control board and led dispaly still nothing ,,, would the dc board have any bearing on it

Hi

The DC board is just a rectifier to smooth motor noise and has no other function. The main/display board should power up on its own as long as there is L and N supply to KN7 via the mains switch, filter and mains cable.

ha ,,, it was the main switch ,,,,,,intermittent neutral fault it tested ok for 220v , i didnt check both live and neutral in and out , schoolboy error
