Beko WMB81445LW Error F13

Went to this machine and all it would do was lock the door fill for a second or two then drain out. On test Cycle F13 was displayed. On proceeding through the test cycle all water valves operated ok, as did heat and drain. There was no motor rotation.
I suspect motor or control panel?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Many Thanks Dave, It looks like a motor fault but I will revisit to confirm the F13 Fault.
This handbook is a great help.

hi dave

please may I have a copy of the manual. I’m at one of these which is just three weeks out of warranty. I cant decide if its the motor or the board as this has just happened since a power cut.
