Beko WMB81445lw – No spin

I’ve read through the 4 pages but its not quite helpful enough!!

My machine locks, pumps but won’t turn or spin and won’t reset either. The motor on it is weird, very weird – can’t work out how to test it.

Am I looking at a motor fault or pcb maybe, as there aern’t any error codes showing up?

Any help please?

Quite common for the motor to go on these.

Symptoms include, wont run program, door locks, and unable to reset or change program.

That certainly is some of whats going on AND would explain it not spinning I assume?
Which was the cx complaint – anyway to test it and might the pcb be effected?

no way to test it as you get no reading through any of the pins.

I’ve got one of these doing same sort of thing wont cancel fully goes to end then flips back to 28 quick wash wont set to any other program if you try to run as it is it pulses between fill and empty. I thought board but the money now seem to be on motor which is far too expensive.
Any of you in guarantee chaps can confirm this is likely just for future reference ?

I can’t help sorry as my cx decided against repairs because of the motor cost!
