    Went to this machine today, when its switched on and a program selected and start pressed, all the machine will do is lock door, intake water for about two minutes and then pump out and keeps repeating this until end is displayed but continues to intake water then pump out. All water valves, heating element test out ok. Tried disconnecting both pressure tubes from the pressure switches. There is no drum rotation. There is no error code displayed. The program will not cancel. Any help would be appreciated

    Further to the above just put the machine into test mode and F13 is displayed. Does anyone know how to test these brushless motors?

    We have had that fault a couple of times. Once it was a motor fault and the other time it was a broken wire on the motor plug.
