BEKO WME 7267 W – Soap dispenser

My machine isn’t dispensing fabric softener so I have cleaned the drawer and also removed and cleaned the housing unit by taking off the top and ensuring nothing is clogged up. I have put it all back together again but now the fabric softener symbol flashes and the programmes won’t change when I turn the programme dial. Have I killed my washing machine? Advice and help needed, thank you.

If the programme dial is in the wrong position CONDITIONER icon will flash.
Press start/cancel button for 5 seconds to see if it resets, if not you may have murdered it.

Thanks for reply. I took it apart again to check the control panel and something wasn’t connected properly. Clicked it back in place and all ok…fabric conditioner still not making it through but I can live with that now after thinking I had killed it.

Is the syphon back in place correctly on the soap drawer conditioner section?
