Beko wme7267w help

Hi

I have a Beko wme7267w that will not start or reset. It comes up with error code E17, none of the programmes are working. I have checked the filter this is clear and the propellor is not jammed. The only time I get a time, temp or spin speed in on the ‘daily quick’ the rest come up blank and the timer stays on 0. Daily quick is not working either though. Any help would be appreciated?

according to Beko this is a foam problem and in the manuals the engineer is asked to explain the following to the customer

1) If detergent is added in the prewash compartment although prewash cycle is not selected, detergent is taken from this compartment when rinsing and this causes foam formation.
2) You should use laundry detergents for automatic machines.
3) Excessive amount of detergent may be left on the laundry. You should try to use adequate amount only.
4)
Keep your detergent in closed and dry places.
5)
For lacy laundry you should use less amount of detergent than you generally use.
6)
You should not use too much softener.

not that i know i assume if you turn it off and back on it resets
