Hi All, need help please. Starting few weeks ago, cycled started to take a lot longer to complete. On quick wash cycle did not spin. Now the machine does nothing. When you press START I get the following on the digital display ” C on”. Then it goes back to the normal display. I have followed some of the advice in other forums but nothing has worked.
Many thanks for any help in advance

    Hi
Its the child lock. Look under the display, there is a line indicating two buttons to hold down to turn off the child lock. Hold them down until it displays c off or C on is removed. Sometimes have to turn the machine off and back on again to get it to work.

Thanks AJC Dave, it is now working. I doubt that will have solved the longer cycle issue and non spinning but at least it works.
    Thanks once again 😀

Check its draining properly. Ensure the waste connection if its under the sink is clean is a good place to look. This could also be the cause of your spinning issue….
