Hi for some reason the drawer containing the fabric softener does not empty during the wash cycle and the softener is left in the drawer. i have tried taking the drawer out and rinsing it off and inside where the drawer goes but that hasnt worked. Any ideas?

Make sure the conditioner reservoir is completely clean, including the cover which has a hollow tube, check that’s not blocked.

Hi, thanks for the reply but I had already tried that and was so sure that must be the reason that I took the whole drawer out, scrubbed it and scrubbed inside the drawer space with a toothbrush but this hasnt worked. The drawer fills up with water but after the cycle it is empty except the softeher portion which is full of softener mixed with water. I use a detergent that goes in the drum but am wondering if I should put some in the drawer just to see if its still there after the cycle is complete.
