Beko wmi 71641 will fill but not emptying, cleared blockage, pump not working replaced pump still not working, megged heater ok, megged motor failed, striped and cleaned motor now its passing insulation test but still no pump action suspect main module.

Don’t know how to get the test cycle on.
    Anyone got a service manual?

You can easilly make up a test lead, a cable with plug at one end & two crimped on amp tag connectors (insulated) suitable to push onto pump. Run pump on test carefully to prove its not sticking in housing for instance. Likely the triac that drives the pump has gone on the board because the pump overheated at some stage. Best news is the parts are cheap.

Hi Seamy thanks for getting back to me, I brought the wiring out through the filter hole and conncted it to the pump to check it still wouldn’t kick in, ran out of time as the customer was going out so when I go back to it on monday will do continuity checks on the wiring.
do you know how to get it into test mode?

    TEST MODE

    Ensure door is closed
Switch off appliance using on/off button
    Select COTTON program
Whilst pressing START/PAUSE/CANCEL button, switch machine back on, keeping START/PAUSE/CANCEL depressed for a further 5 seconds and release.
When in service mode the START/PAUSE/CANCEL button light will flash.
Each time the START/PAUSE/CANCEL button is pressed it will advance the service program to the next stage as follows

    1 all symbols flashing
    2 motor rotates clockwise
    3 motor rotates counterclockwise
4 spin to half of max speed
    5 pre-wash inlet fill
    6 main-wash inlet fill
    7 conditioner inlet fill
8 heater on but only if correct water level reached
9 hot water inlet if applicable
    10 end of cycle
11 switch off appliance to exit test mode
