    hi guys this not taking softner away .. cleaned out draw and holes at top … still no joy .. so i take it need to replace the hole soap dispenser unit ,, see it comes complete with valves ect pricey to £50 (

    looks like the standard Beko type where you can take the top carrier off and give it a good wash.

    also check both valves operate as most soap drawer turn on both valve to get the water to go into the fabric softener compartment

    part number of unit is 2382100100

    qualtex have not stocked and connect have no stock
