Hi,
Has anyone had one of these with a leaking soap box. This machine is only 18 months old but leaks from the soap drawer as soon as it starts to rinse.
The customer doesn’t use the soap drawer and it looks spotless. Connect list the complete dispenser assy inc valves at £48.92+vat. I just wondered if anyone knew if this was a modified new version?

beko site lists 2399900200 as the part number for the draw but shows a price code of 0 which must mean its not available but connect list part number at £16 special order but no alternative.

but if you put model number into connect a different part comes up priced to me at £58 ( which is why I don’t buy unless I have to )

there is little or no info on this Chinese built machine

Thanks for that info Dave. This is a machine that I sold to a customer so it looks like I will just have to give the complete dispenser a go.
