Beko wtg820m1w stuck on time delay

Hi I have the above washing machine and when you select your cycle and press start all that happens is the no 3 lights up on the time delay and if you press start again it goes to 6 and then 9. I have tried keeping the time delay button pressed to see if this would reset it but it doesn’t. Anyone come across this before.
