Beko WTL104121W washing machine

Anyone had this fault:
The door interlock clicks randomly when the door is open. Doesn’t do it all the time.
Or the door will lock and not open unless you use the mechanical release lever.
When I called out the washing machine worked perfectly.

There was a tech bulletin about the heater ntc causing door lock problems on some Beko washers might be worth checking that
