I have had this Beko WTL82051 machine for about 3 months. The problem is that it doesn’t get hot enough on the 60deg programme. From new I have noticed that on the 60deg cotton programme after the heater has cut out by monitoring the wattage on my smart electric meter and placing the palm of my hand on the door glass it feels much cooler than the 40deg cotton programme. I would say the temperature is in between the 20deg and 40deg cotton programme. On the 90deg programme it gets very hot so basically all the programmes seem to be getting up to temperature except the 60 deg. The length of time the heater is on on the 60deg seems to confirm this. I always use the machine with a full load. The temperature cannot be adjusted for each programme. The Beko was purchased from AOL. and still under warranty but if I get an engineer out I’m concerned I he might say he cannot find a fault and get charged.

Fault, as you allude, does not make sense at all so if in your shoes I would:
Double check fault, then treble check the fault then if you are still correct by watching the machine or aborting the 60 degree programme or wait until it pumps the WASH water away then feel the outlet hose based that the water wash level on all washing machines is stupidly too low 1) notify your retailer in writing of the complaint ( not by email because in my experience no one bothers reading them let alone understand them unless very simple 2 liner- they are trained in Office Speak which is a totally foreign language based on nonsense ) and photostat a copy or two and a photocopy of your purchase receipt / delivery note. 2). Register the machine if not already done so and then x reference to where you bought the thing and post those letters off having kept copies too ( do not e-mail ) to Beko UK customer Services. Send all letters as signed for, keep receipts of postage. If anything like the big companies I used to work for do not expect them to admit that there is a fault in writing let alone a design cock-up. Ask for a non chargeable engineer visit to have the machine sorted out. Do not expect much to happen before happy retail day ( Xmas ).
