Our Beko Xl9 washing machine will every now and again spring a leak but we have had an engineer come and check it several times but no obvious leak is found.
We have adjusted the feet to angle the machine back slightly as the detergent draw does not always drain fully but other than this we are at a loss as to the source of the random leak.
I have noticed the front panel above the bottom plinth is starting to bubble up with rust making me think the door seal is at fault but this has been checked several times any ideas thanks

Isn`t there a liquid / soap detergent flap in the soap draw main compartment? Do you use powder and if so is the liquid flap set for liquid rather than for powder / tablet? If so that can cause the dispenser to leak. Check the front lip of the door seal for a split ( the lip or flange of the d/seal is what the door glass seals against ).

paintwork on modern cheaper machines is not what it used to be. If the paintwork get wet too often it will rust

you need to put down some paper and push it under the front of the machine to try to find where the water is coming from

depending on how its plumbed in the water can also come from the plumbing and not the machine

Paint. YES. + Vestel machines rust something rotten – cheap paint and cheap steel and Samsung paint is thin with no undercoat – once took a Samsung from Sonning Common to Nettlebed unpacked with a sack truck under the rear of the machine. Bt the time I got 5 miles the paint had rubbed of down to the metal!.
