Hi, can anyone help. My 5year old Beko fridge freezer keeps getting pools of water in bottom of fridge. We have cleaned out the drip trays at the back, no blockages. The drain hole in fridge is not a hole, just an indentation, so how does the water get to the drip pipe? It all seems to be working, everything frozen and fridge temperature is fine, just have to empty water out every day. Any suggestions really appreciated.

    Hi,

That’s not a valid model number but with most the drain hole at the back will be blocked or, there’s something in the fridge generating excess condensation such as lots of fresh fruit/veg or warm items.
