The fan assisted oven on my Belling 100DF is not functioning. I have replaced the heating element and the fan motor with no success. What would be the next step in troubleshooting this unit?

No life at all in this cooker ?
Are there any lights showing on the display panel?
Is the auto cook enabled ?.

What you have been doing up to now is not what we would call troubleshooting so instead of a next step, what you need is a different approach:

First check if other functions like the grill are working. If they are not you then check the main terminal block where power goes into the appliance. If they are you then make sure the timer is set to manual. If it is on manual you may have a faulty thermostat or thermal overload cutout or function switch or even a faulty timer. Note that I have not yet considered the possibility of an element or fan fault because both are not working and they are unlikely to have failed together. The thermostat, TOCs, and timer all work as switches and can be temporarily bypassed by joining wires together but obviously you can only do that safely if you know which wires to join.

It will be a beko build so its a thermal fuse.
