Belling BE804 Integrated Fridge Freezer

Hi,
Been having a problem for some time where the top back of the fridge will freeze up and also under the salad trays will form ice. I can clear the ice at the back by switching the thermostat off for a bit and then back on to number 1 or 2. This will be okay for a few days then back to square one.
Could this be a thermostat issue or lack of refrigerant ??

But the wife has just rang to say that the internal light is now off. I have got her to switch it off for a while and then back on, but she can’t hear anything from the fridge/freezer.

Is this terminal ??

Is it installed correctly, the bulb may br a clue, has it been staying on when the door was shut? Leave the bulb out and see how it runs. It is a beko

This has been installed for 11yrs. the bulb has been working fine – going off when door shuts, it doesn’t come on at all now

Thats a new one on me, i didnt think that model had been out that long.
If it is that old then i think its due to be replaced its done well.
