Can anyone provide a wiring diagram for the above oven?
I have one that has an intermittent fault that goes completely dead. The customer turns it off for about 5 or 10 minutes and it works again. I have checked for insulation faults and loose connections.
It can work OK for over a month and never fails when I’m there.

cant find a diagram but dont think it would help

may not even be the oven as could be power supply to oven

has it got a clock, if yes you could temp bridge clock to eliminate

It has a clock, but this is linked to another PCB. I’m not sure but I think I looked at bypassing the clock on my previous visit but it was connected to another PCB so I don’t think it was possible. I’ll go back and take another look. I suspect it’s the clock at fault but there are no visible signs of component failure or dry solder joints.

unfortunalely no tech access on these but does the clock control the oven temp in any way. if yes it cant be bypassed

basically has it got standard switches as well

I’ve been back to look at this.
This oven has a standard thermostat and selector switch. The oven has a simple digital timer plus a power PCB.
I bypassed the timer and told the owner to monitor what happens over the next few months.
