    Hi,
We’ve just bought an old Belling oven that needs a bit of work – I’m looking for a service manual but can’t find anything on the internet. Just wondering if anyone has any advice or can point me in the direction of further information.

I believe it’s an early model from the 1979 to 1984 range as it has a round knob on the oven door rather than a hand rail.

It needs a new thermostat as the oven trips the electricity when it gets to about 80C

dont think its a thermosat you want it more like an element problem

the trip is sensitive to earth faults. when elements get hot they are more likely to trip

    Hi.

I’ve just bought some old Belling oven manuals and am waiting for them to arrive. One if them is for the Classic 90, so I might be able to help you in a week or so.

I’ve now received the manuals, so let me know if you need any information from them and I’ll see what I can do.
