Belling Classic 90DL/R

Customer asked me to get a grill simmerstat for this cooker and I ordered/supplied one from Connect, BELSW0059, H33ER3HT. Customer now says this is the wrong part and is demanding money back. Is there an alternative simmerstat used on these cookers? 😕

It’s definitely the correct part, they will have an old Sunvic stat fitted I expect which has different wiring positions and the numbers won’t match.

They’ll either have to work the wiring out for themseleves or pay you to go and fit it for them 😉

Thanks Dave. They say they got the correct part elsewhere and it is now fitted and working. I will just say the same as my suppliers, it was ordered specially for them and is not returnable. :tup:
