Serial 0210115611 RHS conventional oven. What are the part numbers of the top and bottom elements?

Belling say there is only three elements listed for oven. fan oven/grill/ and oven element. Does that mean the top and bottom are the same element does anyone know? 😕

Spoken to them again today. On diagram element is no 482 but they dont have a part number for it but CS lady said it looks like a C or a pacman. Masterpart technical think its a Beko branded oven. Serial number is shown on internet as 050561071, but cant see it on cooker. 😕 It also looks like the top and bottom elements are reversed on partlist.

Just to clear this one up, for anybody following this route, on diagram top element is shown as 482 on diagram and does not exist on partlist but is really lower oven element (listed as grill element by customer service but 1100W). This is part number 082616521. Top element which is shown on diagram as lower element(square) is part number 082616515.
