    Hi,

    I have a customer with a Belling ceramic hob (touch button) CTC60 and one of the rings is staying on permanently unless you switch it off at the wall.
    I’ve avoided these touch panel machines in the past but its a good customer.
    Can anybody tell me if it the touch panel or can it be anything else and is it available.

    my guess is the rings will be controlled by a relay on the pcb. the chances are this relay has failed closed. you can check this with a multi meter .. if yes they are normally easily available from places like RS
