Belling DB3 Dual Fuel Oven

Reported: Fan oven not working, timer unable to reset.
Not surprised!

Live lead from terminal block to relay on timer has burnt out at the connection to what I assume is a TOC (which reads 0.1ohms across terminals) near the fan oven element.

Continuity: fan 331 ohms, element 22.5 ohms,
Insulation: fan OL, element 52Mohms and rising

Main oven selector looks in good nick.

Do I go for a new timer 082612457, or the TOC (part number, please, if this)?
Or should I try a new relay on the existing timer (part number again, please)?

It’s only not worked for a few days, so I think I’ll change the fan oven element anyway, as it should be higher than 52Meg, I’d have thought.
