Can’t remember the model number. Don’t do a lot with fridges, just replace the odd thermostat etc. Had a look at it. Right at the back on the plate where the gas circulates is a massive build up of ice and i mean massive and covers the whole back(inside the fridge). Even the trays are stuck into it!
It only takes a few days to build back up after defrosting. The food in the fridge seems to feel around the right temperature, any ideas?

It sounds like it could be a blockage in the evaporator plate,
if thats the problem then its time for a new fridge.
