Belling IDW603 Integrated D/W Hinges

Hi all,
I can see from the posts that this topic might have come up before but not sure of the conclusion. The door has dropped and the right hinge has a plastic lug attached and I presume (not removed from cabinets) that there is a string to a spring. The customer found bits of plastic from the left side. In the diagram on Connect and supplied by Belling that there appears to be no string. Is this a modified hinge and spring and presumably I have to get both items. Also do I need to get right hand to match??

Pretty sure part u need is Door Cord – Electrue no.5031687921154 @7.77
Similar job to the Hygena doors. Fit left & right though.
