Belling XOU60F cutting out

Hi there
I have a Belling XOU60F oven that keeps cutting out.
It seems as if the oven is overheating as the past few weeks my girlfrind has burnt a few things! 😯 but a couple of times it has cut out/turned off completly, this also takes out the clock also, after about 20 minutes the whole lot comes back on.

Would this be due to the thermal cut out, or the thermostat, or possibly both?
Should I replace one and see what happens, if so which one, or just replace both parts whilst I am at it,,,,,,,,,, or is it something else entirely?

Oven thermostat would be where to start checking.
