Bendix 7168

Anyone know if this door boot Masterpart PB1861 will fit the above Bendix w.m., it mentions a high type whatever that is:con:

Materparts’ PB1861 will fit this machine if it was manufactured before Sept 1984. Post Sept 1984 you will need PB1801

Connects equivalents : PB1861 – GSK599
PB1801 – GSK581

the later front lip is retained by a wire band while the earlier had a plastic ring with 6 or 7 screws. There was also an earlier type a bit narrower but lets not go there incase we stir up all the old codgers on this forum. 😉

The early one was secured to the cabinet by a plastic ring, the later had a wire clamp going round it inside a groove in the rubber.
