Bendix W/D problem

Hi — this appliance starts on most progs for a while then the timer just clicks onto the stop point. I had it just about to ramp up into a spin but then it clicked on and stopped. I’m thinking timer as all else seems ok. Somebody said it maybe a tacho fault but the motor works. It just starts a bit on any program then clicks to stop and stops.

ANY IDEAS ??

PS. Have you checked the tacho, common fault, comes unscrewed and pushes tacho coil off. Just needs screwing back in and tacho securing.
