Bernstein Group integrated fridge

I’m trying to find out the brand name of my fridge so I can order some replacement shelves etc. The attached photo is of the sticker inside and I’ve found an old instruction book which may or may not apply. This is for a Frigidaire RL1586H.
The one I could really do with is the middle door shelf (see second pic) but if poss I also need the top door shelf and a couple of other parts. The fridge is working fine at the moment.
Thanks in advance. Just discovered I can’t upload them even when saved as “small”. I’ll keep trying. Any ideas?

There should be a model number on a sticker inside the fridge, left hand wall.

But, many parts will be obsolete as they closed up shop over a decade ago.

Thanks kwatt. The serial number is 780886600271100 although, as you say, it’s so old I don’t hold out much hope.

if you want to upload pic, Host them on another site like google and post a public link to them

serial number wont help as far as a know so still need to find model
