ParticipantAm the owner of a Bertazzoni X90 IND MFE X induction range. The induction completely gave up the ghost months ago. The oven still worked fine (although like other posters it has an unusually noisy fan which I’ve just learnt to live with).
Despite several email requests to Bertazzoni HQ I haven’t had any response to what I should do, or where I should take the range to for repair/service. The dealer I bought the range from has gone out of business. Any ideas please?
I think the error code that was showing was F31, but I had an electrician in to disconnect the whole unit 2 months ago as I was worried about safety, so cannot be sure I’m quoting the correct code.
Am reasonably handy if anyone thinks there’s a fuse or something I can access to replace if there is a common reason for induction hob failure?

Sigh. I am very much hoping that I don’t have the prettiest but most useless range on the planet!

If all the zones are faulty it’s either going to be a power issue of some sort or control module failure as there’s no way all the zones would fail at once.

there is a complete lack of phone numbers on their site
is unit out of warranty ?
if no you need to keep trying to get hold of them. Are there any service contact numbers in the owners book ?
you look on the site for a local supplier and be cheeky and ask themif all else fails a few chosen words on their facebook page should get you noticed

Thanks Dave. Yes, unit out of warranty. Service numbers all have message services and needless to say, haven’t had any calls back, despite leaving messages in English and in Italian. Local suppliers in France and in the UK have just referred me to the service contact numbers. Have also tried Brittania who are apparently the UK agent but no success there as yet. Have taken your advice re Facebook and plastered my issue across multiple sites this morning – let’s hope that does the trick!
