The bottom of the small oven on my Bertazzoni freestanding range cooker does not heat up. I intend to purchase a spare element from Whitegoods. Can this part be fitted by anyone or do I need an electrician? What would be a fair price? How do I find an electrician to tackle a small job such as this?

some people can fit these themselves but most load from the back and you have to take the back off for access. some are easy to fit others are a complete pig
this sort of job needs to be done by an appliance engineer not an electrician
