    Hi there,
I live in Cyprus and am trying to find the best oven( built in or freestanding) on the market, I bake for a living but do not want to buy an industrial oven quite yet.
However after looking into all the electrical appliance shops over here and after researching the ovens i viewed over the internet, I found that 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the ovens solde here, are old stock, so there arent even any reviews online, also the sales people dont really know anything about the ovens they are selling, so I am totally confused. Further more the ovens I did like i.e. Rosieres are double the retail price here, and after reading general reviews about the brand I have totally gone off it. I need a good reliable oven, that is for sure going to last me a minimum of 6-7 years, my budget is max 1000Euro. The oven brands I have viewed, researched and prefer in order are as follows:
Siemens, Bosch, De Dietrich, Whirlpool, Westpoint, Rosieres and Candy.

    Specific Models available to me:
    Siemens cooker Gas-Electr. HX745220E
Siemens bult in oven and Hob HB23AB521S+E SP3FNE12
or Siemens bult in oven HB23GB540
    Bosch built in oven: HBA23B252
De Dietrich built in oven: DOP1535B
    Whirlpool built in oven: AKP742IX
    Westpoint built in oven: WEBQ7115
    Rosierres: Built in Oven RFA77FIN
    Candy cooker: CCG6503PW/PX

Please advise as I am in a total confusion and need help from people with experience asap on the subject. Thank you in advance!

Not being funny or anything but, if you’re using this professionally and you want it to last anything beyond a moderate time you seriously need to be looking at more commercial products.

If you’re going to run this more than normal domestic use, none of the ones you’re looking at will stand up to it.

Is there an oven from the list above that sounds better than the others, I am considering the Siemens built in version as it has a 5year guarantee. I am thinking of buying a second hand professional one later on but am worried about that as well.

Honestly, if you do that it really doesn’t matter what you do as it will probably fall apart in a year or two if it lasts that long regardless.

I don’t know what the position is in Cyprus but I’d expect much the same as here and, if that’s the case, the five year warranty may well not be honoured, explained here:
