Bosch everytime the base “Classixx” range for a 1200 spin with a two year guarantee will set you back about £275. Upgrade to the Exxcel and the Logixx for enhanced features, functions and improved energy efficiency.
Some of the Whirlpool range still have a hot supply but not all. The new blue screen models like the AWO10561 have.

Stretch the budget and go for long term value for money , Siemens WXL147AGB complete with 5 year parts and labour guarantee.

Two points worth noting, since most modern washers use very little water the premise that a hot fill machine saves energy is now a falacy. By the time the hot water reached the machine it has already filled with the cold water held before it in the pipes. Filling from a hot supply allows scale within the pipes to jam the hot inlet valve open. (Not too often but enough for us to keep the valve on the van). Not a problem with cold fill
Whilst the machines mentioned are excellent perhaps you would consider the ISE machine listed on the home page. Delivered to your door, installed by an approved independent engineer and guaranteed for 5 years both parts and labour!!July 30, 2006 at 7:09 pm #182611pto

From far away MIELE is the best but not cheep at all… 😳
Even the spare parts are twice more expensive…
But they have only cold fill…Baron
P.S. 1. You can see how many posts are for Miele comparing with other brands :rolls:

Have been recommending the Bosch to my customers for over 6 years now and they all seem happy. The latest value for money model is the Bosch WAE 24162 it comes with a 2 year parts & labour gtee but you must send off the paper work to qualify for the second year.
