I’ve been telling people that for years, they believe (want to believe :rolls:) that you can save energy but retain the same performance and, you can’t. There’s always a compromise to be had.

What chance have you got when there are members of the public that make statements as stupid as this comment below that article from foxychickenrat.

“Powder hasn’t disappeared because it’s cheaper, not because it’s more effective (whether this is true or not). It also has it’s drawbacks – any plumber will tell you that use of laundry powder eventually clogs your pipes and destroys your machine… :rolls:

I might have barred them for certain groups.

Some people were not using it responsibly in some forums with half the first page being stickies.
