bf1620 dishwasher – won’t start no error lights

Hi all
Felt very happy with myself that managed to diagnose and replace the tube water heater on intergrated dishwasher and test ran last night with no problems

Prior to fitting back into workunits ran it again to confirm everything ok ( i.e no leaks), wife went to open door and tipped unit forwards flooding the kitchen

Now have situation where machine power light will light but no function buttons will light and machine will not start – tried unplugging the unit.

Everything in the base after a quick look seems dry

Re: bf1620 dishwasher – won’t start no error lights

Managed to get machine going by holding down ON Button and the P button when switching on for about 5 seconds.

This seems to have re-set everything

Now done a number of washes with no problems
