Bfi680 dishwasher

I have a cust who says that after completion of a full cycle(not quick wash) the dishes are very wet and there is water dripping from ceiling of d/w. Heater working ok. The only thing I can think of is that it is not venting and possibly causing condensation.

Do they use rinse aid?
If they are using only the all in one tablets then the rinse aid part of them will be used and gone before the rinse part of the cycle meaning that unless they are using separate rinse aid then there is nothing to break up the surface tension of the water.
