That looks very much like an insulation failure.
What machine is and how old is it?

Most likely the insulation then and, I’m afraid it’s terminal.

If that is the first time it’s happened and you haven’t cleared it before then the likely cause is that something has been touching the back wall and as it’s been defrosting and restarting it builds up like that over a while.
Turn off for a few hours and defrost it.
Then restart. If it comes back in the same place then it’s possible insulation or restriction.

ok, thanks, i will try defrosting it. yeh, it is first time and havent cleared it before. The fridge is about 2 cm way from the kitchen wall and the only things that touch the wall inside the fridge are food and containers

If it is the insulation it means that it cannot be repaired.

These appliances cost a lot of money, how and why do you think insulation failure happen ? I mean we dont misuse the fridge wouldnt know how to but only use it to store food

It can be caused by any number of reasons, the most common one being the installation environment in all honesty.

The walls of the appliance are filled with an insulation material to keep the cold inside the fridge. If this insulation breaks down or cracks for instance then there is a hot spot where there is heat ingress from outside. At the point of breakdown there will be frost/ice build-up normally apparent internally within the appliance as shown in picture.
