ParticipantHi
I wonder if anyone could offer any help with a 10kg Bosch WBB24759GB/01 Fd.8602This is the first of these machines that I have seen. 😕
When the machine is set to a wash cycle it will go through the “auto load adjustment” then does the “washing and heating” cycle for about 10 mins then the pump comes in for about 2 mins then stops and the door unlocks. The display reads “Ready”
Occasionally on wash cycle it will fill then empty straight away and stop after about 2 mins.
When the programme is set to a spin programme it will occasionally spin, other times it will display “spinning” with only the pump running then it stops, the door unlocks and display says “ready”
Any help much appreciated.Andy

Its common for the bearing seal to leak and water to leak onto the motor giving you some strange faults
What were the earth leakage reading like? Sounds like an earth leakage of sorts or a mouse that’s p1ssed on the board is common if in an out house?

Thanks for the reply Pinky.
There was no sign of any water leak from bearing.
The earth leakage reading were ok, they certainly didn’t give me any suggestion that there was anything to worry about.
The machine is in a steading but it is dry and I noticed no signs of any mice, but it possible.I’m still confused 😕 The machine is miles away so a return visit is out of the question unless I get another job in the area.
I think I will have to throw some spares prices at the customer and see how they feel.

Hi Andy,
had one of these not long ago. The heating element was burned out and had a big hole in the side of it. 🙁Alan
