My first post , and a big thanks to UK Whitegoods and the Forum members. Got a Samsung RS21DCNS , as it turns out with the same inherent fault as everyone else , but your advice on here has at least helped me get it working (temporarily as its beginning to freeze up again) , I have now contacted Samsung who are sending an engineer and hopefully all will be well with the Fridge/Freezer. Its a shame , I like the product apart from this irritation.
