Bissell 7920 Pro Heat-Tech

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get any technical info for this machine?
Fault is that it makes a vibrating noise from the head unit on certain carpets.
Should the roller unit have slight up and down play in it when vac on its back for inspection?

What a nighmare these things are to work on 🙁

The brush roll will move quite a bit with the handle dropped. Check the six or eight fixings (3 or 4 down each side) which hold the upper and lower body together, the studs shear off. That may be causing the vibration.

If the vibration is only there when the washing setting is on then it’s probably the pump.

Thanks for the info. It vibrates only when normal movement back and to.
Pump working and roller turning. Vibrates more apparent when moved too fast.
