bissell powerwash

can you help with this its not exactly a vacum i know but the doesn’t seam to be a place for this.
its models 1690j it has too mode suck and spray.the spray has died, there is no motor sound when you turn it on and so no water comes out,but the suck side still works great.
any ideas what wrong with it had where would i get a part to fix it please?
