    Hi its me again, I appear to have mislaid the user manual for my, Bissell Proheat Pro-Tech 7920 carpet cleaner. (this is not a vaccum cleaner)
    I have looked online but can only find ones for sale, I need advice as to where I can download a free copy if possible.

    Thank you Martin, I am always a little wary of downloading from sites I have never heard of, ended up with a virus from one site.
    But I have now gone to the site you said and downloaded it, many thanks again.
