Biztech wanting me to do a call

A company called Biztech is pestering me to do a call. On doing a search they have had some negative comments in May this year. Has anyone done any work for them? or should I tell them no

Negative comments eh?……..wouldn’t go there if I were you. Don’t know Biztech but judging by their choice of crappy business name, that’s enough to put me off for starters!

I told them no, and the guy started chucking his dummies out of his pram. In the end I had to hang up on him

Had a call back in May (must be my negative comments). Didnt get it booked as quick as they wanted as it was out of area and wasnt too sure about them. Likewise I got a stroppy voicemail from him. Better off without them.

Just done a job for them.
I said I will only do it if they pay my labour in advance, an hour later money appears in my account to my surprise.

Then a month and a day later I received the payment for the parts fitted on the job.

What can you say, anyone who pays the labour upfront gets my attention.

Thought I would post as they seem to have received a bit of negative rap here.

I’ve done a couple of jobs for them, been paid for one but not the other yet.
They’re asking me to send in a physical invoice and then i’ll get paid a month after receipt of said invoice :rolls:
Haven’t got around to doing it yet admittedly,but it seems an unnecessary complication (stall tactic?) in this electronic age.

I will be sure to report my experiences regarding it here though 😉

They did cough up the £56 I billed them for after a recorded delivery invoice was sent and a further email to ask if they had received it when I didn’t hear anything.

Barely worth the hassle. I’ll be demanding callout upfront in future methinks, and if they don’t like it they can find someone else. 🙁
