Blanco Hood Extrator Fan bw1142c60

We are having a number of issues with the Blanco cooker hood we had fitted with our kitchen it constantly has a vibration noise and after using for about 30 – 45 minutes we get a very loud noise from motor when cooker hood is hot and left on for a long time.

I would say it starts happening after about 45 minutes with 3 hot pans steaming underneath the hood. Once the hood cools down the noise seems to disappear and sound normal again but if the hood gets hot again the noise starts again.

We have put up with it for now but seems to be getting worse so dont really want to use the cooker hood with these issues.

i have cleaned the mesh fllter and inside looks clean butthe noise seems to be coming from the motor/fan.

does sound a bit like a fan problem. the fan is plastic and may distort with heat

as for spares have hit a complete blank. if you still have fitting instructions there will be a number in there for repair under guarentee and maybe an address od the agents
