Blomberg 1301 ABB problem

hope you can help we have a Blomberg washing machine which has developed the following symptoms:

Does not spin
Pump works (new pump, 6 weeks ago)
On conditioning rinse prior to spinning (or not!) not taking in full amount of water.

Otherwise it all appears ok.

I suspect something in the timer / programmer side of things. Your opinion & prices for fix would be appreciated

Penguin you are fantastic!! cleaned out the bell & it’s working good as new.

Certainly glad we don’t have to spend the £103 that Comet wanted for a control unit!!
