blomberg 1315 AAB – not spinning

My blomberg has stopped spinning! It drains ok but then just stops.
When you try on spin/drain cycle the pump runs, ( for about 5 seconds) stop runs again stops then the lights flash alnog with the beeper.

I have checked the pump – it doesent appear to be blocked, the pressure bell appears to be clear (When you blow gently you can hear the presure switch clicking )

Any ideas what else I could try.

You could check the brushes in the motor 😉

Power off of course before looking in there :zap:
