    Not sure of that model number, just spoken to the customer on the phone.

    I have not done a great deal on these machines, seem to remember an awful door seal change a while back.

    She thinks she has a bra wire in the drum ripping the clothes. Has this machine any access points, sump hose, heater etc from which I could possibly extract the wire or is it difficult to get into. I am still trying to catch up from the three days off I had at Christmas so don’t want too get to involved.

    Similar construct to the older Bosch machines, so easy heater access. Clean out p/sys bottle at the same time – known week spot.

    Bra wires not a problem same as most machines, other common fault is pressure chamber on the back clogging up easy to clean.
